Clear delivery and feedback rules

Files are delivered through the protected order page or another written channel agreed for the order. Download access requires an authenticated account with permission for that order.

The stated time is an estimate based on timely requirements and feedback. Missing content, delayed replies, scope changes, provider outages, or events beyond reasonable control may extend delivery.

Included revisions correct or refine work within the confirmed brief. A new direction, new format, additional deliverable, or substantial content replacement is a scope change and may be quoted separately.

Review delivery promptly and provide consolidated, specific feedback. The order may be marked complete after accepted delivery or after a reasonable period without actionable feedback, subject to the written order terms.
