Clear terms for using Wikalna

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for providing accurate contact, order, and file information. Do not share your email verification code or attempt to access another customer’s order.

The visible service page and any written confirmation define the agreed scope. Work begins after confirmed payment, receipt of required materials, and sufficient clarification. Material scope changes may require a separate quote.

Checkout is created by the server and payment is only marked successful after trusted provider confirmation. The order keeps the service price and currency recorded at purchase time.

Delivery and included revisions follow the service scope and the delivery policy. Customer delays in supplying information or feedback may affect the timeline.

Wikalna may refuse, pause, or cancel requests that are unlawful, harmful, deceptive, outside the agreed scope, or prohibited by the acceptable use policy.

You must have the right to use materials you submit. Ownership and permitted use of final deliverables follow the agreed order terms; third-party licenses remain subject to their own conditions.
