Safe rules for customer files

The website accepts a limited list of document, image, spreadsheet, presentation, text, and archive formats with size limits. Executable, script, HTML, and unsafe vector files are rejected.

Do not upload malware, illegal content, confidential information unrelated to the order, personal data you cannot lawfully share, or material that infringes another party’s rights.

Order files are stored outside the executable web directory where hosting permits and are served through permission checks. Authorized Wikalna team members or collaborators may access only what is needed to perform the order.

Wikalna may quarantine or delete unsafe or prohibited files. Files may be retained for delivery, support, disputes, backups, and legal needs, then removed according to operational retention rules.
