Privacy Policy

How Wikalna handles your information

This policy explains the information needed to operate accounts, orders, support, payment verification, and protected file delivery.

Last updated: 14 July 2026

Information collected

Wikalna processes account name and email, one-time verification records, order details, support messages, uploaded files, delivery records, payment references, technical request logs, and consent choices. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Wikalna.

Optional analytics and advertising

With your analytics consent, Wikalna records anonymous visits, service activity and server-confirmed purchases and may use Google Analytics 4. With separate marketing consent, Meta Pixel and direct Conversions API measure advertising. Campaign labels, referrer domain, anonymous visitor/session identifiers, device category and country (when available) may be processed. We never send account details, conversation text, files, payment credentials or raw IP addresses to our marketing analytics database. Essential account, security, payment and referral functions continue independently. You can reject optional tracking or change your choices at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Choices last up to 180 days; anonymous identifiers and checkout attribution up to 90 days; first-party events default to 180 days. Provider retention is managed in the corresponding account. Global Privacy Control disables marketing.

Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide services, verify payment, prevent abuse, protect files, respond to support, keep operational records, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Limited information may be processed by hosting, payment, analytics, automation, and communication providers only as needed for their function. Sensitive message or file contents are not sent to analytics.

Retention and protection

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, disputes, security, accounting, and legal requirements. Access controls, protected storage, and authorization checks reduce unauthorized access risk.

Your requests

You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to remain for payment, fraud prevention, dispute, backup, or legal reasons.

If you have a question about how this policy applies to a specific order, contact support before payment.
